Shipping Conditions

FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L. will only process the shipping after having received the order at the web page, and once the payment has been confirmed. Payment confirmation is automatic when using Paypal or credit card as payment methods. However, if the customer chooses bank transfer as payment method, please notice that the order can be delayed since it may take up to two days to validate the order.

Shipments to Spain

Parcel delivery to Spain (Mainland Only) is 4,95€ (VAT included), unless the order is over 60€, in which case delivery is free of charge. Once the order has been confirmed, shipments take between 24 and 72 hours to be delivered.

There is no shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or Gibraltar.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be 9,95€ (VAT included). Under no circumstances can the shipping be free of charge, regardless of the order amount. Shipments to the Canary Islands neither they have free shipping. In this case of shipments to the Canary Islands, FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L. is not liable for any extra charges imposed by the customs.

Shipments to Europe

In the case of orders to the European Union, shipments can only be processed to France, The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, Belgium and Portugal. In this case, the exact shipping costs depend on the parcel weight. This information will be provided through the purchase. Under no circumstances can the shipping be free of charge, regardless of the order amount. There is no shipping to islands nor special status territories, such as Azores, Madeira, San Marino, the Vatican o Corsica.
