Smoked using oak wood.

The salchichón sausage has been with us since the times of the Greeks and the Romans, and that is probably why there are so many different varieties.
Our recipe is faithful to our character, our mountains and our summits. Our salchichón offers a strong and powerful taste thanks to the best pigs in Castile and León. After the artisanal cutting process, the sausage meat will be stuffed into natural gut casings.
One of the key aspects of this product is the subtle yet firm touch of spice, which we use according to the tradition in order to achieve its singular flavor. The sausage will then be smoked in our cellars, the perfect location for obtaining the perfect aroma, taste and colour.
