The parent house “Mesón Ezequiel II” located in the town of Villamanín de la Tercia, has 5 large diningrooms, as well as access throughout the establishment adapted for the disabled. The breadth of its dining rooms make it ideal for holding events of all kinds, from business lunches, sports clubs, motorsports, to weddings, communions, and a host of other treats.

At Embutidos Ezequiel in addition to counting on the best infrastructure and the best profesionnals, we rely on the climate of the mountain in León to prepare our charcuterie and achieve the best taste and quality in our big variety of artisanal charcuterie.
In the factory of Embutidos Ezequiel, we carry out the entiere production chain, from breeding to the arrival of the dish in your plate, explaining unique taste. We don't use any conservatives or colorants, we carefully select the raw materials and we always make them with the greatest care and by keeping an tradicional recipe.We respect at the maximum the time of baking and we treat the product from start to finish as it is: a gastronomic jewel.

Improvements in facilities and equipment:
- Project supported by grants for energy efficiency and circular economy projects in tourism companies, funded by the European Next Generation-EU funds, within the framework of component 14, investment 4, submeasure 2, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

For this purpose, our company has received a grant of €73,140.50 to finance:
Expansion
- During the year 2021, our company carried out an investment to expand and adapt the terrace of our restaurant, in which the following actions were performed:
- *Installation of underfloor heating and heating systems in the two areas of the indoor terrace, to the left and right of our main entrance.
- *Installation of a raised platform to expand the outdoor terrace with access through two side ramps and a front entrance.
- *Installation of wooden signage on the indoor terrace with safety and hygiene measures, as well as pine wall covering and a protective wooden fence surrounding the outdoor terrace.
- *Installation of an automatic door with motion sensor opening for access from the indoor terrace to the restaurant.
For this purpose, our company has received a grant of €50,000 to finance the creation and adaptation of safe spaces in tourist establishments in Castile and León, from the EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (ERDF), within the framework of the additional resources provided as Recovery Assistance for Cohesion and the Territories of Europe in response to the COVID-19 pandemic (REACT EU). The financial resources of this aid are incorporated into the ERDF OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME of Castile and León 2014-2020, REACT-EU axis.
