Repayment Conditions

The products purchased in FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L. have an extended satisfaction guarantee to that prescribed by law and is frequently applied by e-commerce websites.

This satisfaction guarantee extends the security and tranquility of the customer, in case an after-sales service is needed. The guarantee will be applied not only to the right of withdrawal, but also to the legal guarantees of the purchased products.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer shall have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal; i.e. to return the goods for no reason. In these cases, the goods should be in good conditions without having opened the packaging. Moreover, as these are foodstuffs, they should be in perfect state of condition.

In order to return the products, the customer should contact first with FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L., indicating that he wants to return the goods. In the following, the customer should send the shipment bearing the resulting costs to the following address:

Once we have received the goods and verified that everything is in perfect state of condition, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days using the original payment method. In case it is not possible to make the return with the original payment method, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Order errors or products in bad conditions

In case the order has been sent containing errors (either because the wholeness of the products has not been sent or because the products are wrong) or the products are in bad conditions, the customer should contact FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L. within a period of 5 days after having received the order so as to solve the problem. In case the products are in bad conditions, it would be justifiable that the problem has not been seen when receiving the goods. In this case, the claim could be filed later, but always before the expiration date of the product.

In these cases, FÁBRICA DE EMBUTIDOS Y JAMONES EZEQUIEL, S.L. will bear the costs of the return and, if applicable, a new shipment.
