Ingredients: Pork ham, salt and pork lard.

Product certified in accordance with Royal Decree 4/2014.

Acorn: Products from animals slaughtered immediately after the exclusive use of acorns, grass and other natural resources of the countryside, without supplementary feed.

75% ibérico race: In order to obtain animals with this racial percentage, 100% ibérico race females registered in the herd book and males from a cross between a 100% ibérico race mother and a 100% duroc race father, both registered in the corresponding herd book of the breed, will be used.
