The 100% Iberian Cebo Shoulder is a high-quality product made from purebred Iberian pigs raised on selected farms and fed a balanced diet of cereals and legumes. This feeding system, combined with Iberian genetics, promotes even marbling that enhances juiciness, aroma and a smooth, well-balanced flavor. It is crafted using traditional methods of salting and slow curing in natural drying facilities for over 18 months, allowing each piece to develop its distinctive character, rich aroma and firm yet tender texture.
Smaller than ham, the shoulder delivers a more intense and approachable flavor, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment of authentic Iberian products. When sliced, it shows a bright red color with fine marbling that melts on the palate, offering a pleasant and lingering taste.
