Our hamburgers are made with the best pieces of Galician blonde beef that we mince and prepare in the most traditional way.
There are no additives added to preserve all the flavour and quality of the meat that characterises us so much.
The novelty of our hamburgers is the addition of semi-cured jerky shavings, which provide the perfect point of salt and smokiness.
