Ingredients: Beef, cured beef jerky (10%) (beef and salt), salt, antioxidants (E-331iii, E-301), fermented dextrose, corn dextrin, spices and dehydrated vegetables.

Our hamburgers are made with the best pieces of Galician blonde beef that we mince and prepare in the most traditional way.

There are no additives added to preserve all the flavour and quality of the meat that characterises us so much.

The novelty of our hamburgers is the addition of semi-cured jerky shavings, which provide the perfect point of salt and smokiness.

How can I eat the Beef Burger? 

Prepare the burger: if you buy the burger ready-made, you can sauté it in a pan with a little oil until it is cooked to your liking. If you prefer to make it yourself, mix the minced beef with a little salt and pepper to taste and form the patties into the size you want.

Prepare the bun: cut a hamburger bun in half and lightly toast each side in a frying pan or toaster.

Add extra ingredients: if you wish, you can add extra ingredients to the burger such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce or any other ingredient you like.
