If you love blood sausage and you are looking for a high quality option, you can't miss our Cured Blood Sausage. Made with the best ingredients and following a traditional Leonese recipe, this black pudding is perfect to enjoy at a special dinner or for any occasion where you want to delight your palate with an authentic flavor.

How can I consume the Morcilla Curada?

Grilled: Cured black pudding lends itself very well to being grilled. It can be cut into thick slices and cooked directly over the coals until golden brown and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Sautéed with vegetables: another option is to cut the black pudding into thin slices and sauté it with seasonal vegetables such as peppers, onion, zucchini or eggplant. The result is a tasty and very healthy dish.

With chickpeas: Cured black pudding is a traditional ingredient in Asturian fabada, but it can also be used in other recipes with legumes such as chickpeas. Simply cook chickpeas with vegetables, a little chorizo sausage and cured black pudding to obtain a stew full of flavor.

In omelette: cured blood sausage is also an ideal ingredient to flavor a potato omelette. Simply cut it into thin slices and mix it with the beaten eggs and potatoes before cooking the omelette.

With tomato: another option is to cut the black pudding into slices and sauté it with peeled and chopped natural tomato. The result is a very tasty dish that can be served as an accompaniment or as a main dish.

On toast: finally, cured black pudding is perfect for preparing toasted appetizers. Simply toast some slices of bread, spread them with a little natural tomato and place a slice of cured black pudding and a piece of fresh or goat cheese on top.
